Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at our store. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 weeks. Each piece is made with care to ensure the highest quality results.

All artwork is produced as archival-quality prints, using premium materials and professional printing methods designed for long-lasting color, detail, and durability. This process takes additional time to ensure every print meets our standards before it is carefully packaged and shipped.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly extended. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be updated within 24–48 hours.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


Damages

We take great care in packaging artwork securely. However, if your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. Please ensure your shipping details are correct.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

If you provide an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
